Frequently Asked Questions

For online orders only: If you are not satisfied with your order you can return it. You have to pay for the shipping. Shipping/Processing are not refundable.

• Washed/worn items are not returnable
• Footwear,accessories,face mask/shield are not returnable
• Embroidered items are not returnable

You will received an email that your order has been shipped with the tracking number attached.

If you ordered an item that is currently out of stock, we will notify you by e-mail or we will give you a call that the item is backordered and let you know when it is expected. You can also choose a different color or uniform to replace it. Backordered items take 7-14 business days to be delivered to you. 

Uniform Kingdom ships by USPS,UPS or Fedex. We will require a signature for the delivery drop off.
