For online orders only: If you are not satisfied with your order you can return it. You have to pay for the shipping. Shipping/Processing are not refundable.

• Washed/worn items are not returnable
• Footwear,accessories,face mask/shield are not returnable
• Embroidered items are not returnable

You will received an email that your order has been shipped with the tracking number attached.

Uniform Kingdom ships by USPS,UPS or Fedex. We will require a signature for the delivery drop off.

If you ordered an item that is currently out of stock, we will notify you by e-mail or we will give you a call that the item is backordered and let you know when it is expected. You can also choose a different color or uniform to replace it.

If your order is not yet shipped you can cancel or change your order just email/call us.
